I think it is a good idea so long as all relevant information is published.  This will allow patients to know exactly what their medicine is meant for and how it works.  The section about the side effects should carry a provision to inform the patients that although the listed side effects are associated with the particular medicine, it does not mean that they will experience some or indeed any side effects at all.  This will allay their fears of taking the medicine.

I think this will prevent misinformation about medicines and assure the patients that listed side effects may only be experienced in some cases and not all.
