I thought it already was?

I always thought the PIL and SPC information was accessible to everyone.

If it isn't it should be. This seems self-evident common sense to me and should have happened already. When (not if!) it is, its display should be funded by the manufacturer concerned in some equitable way as part of the fees they presumably pay for licensing.

It should be made clear that the SPC is designed for professionals (and so needs specialist knowledge to interpret) while the PIL is not.

Why the contribution is important

People worried by some side effect or symptom should be able to access the best and most authoritative source of reliable information easily.

Doctors have such access already - hopefully.

Totally agree with irwinc - Although we have the emc.medicines.org, this is hardly comprehensive - so yes, a comprehensive, up ot date database accessible to all would be an excellent idea...

I too wholeheartedly agree. Self-evidently, for its completeness and currency, you have the best source of this data and the people that you serve deserve nothing less. It is difficult to see how you could reasonably justify not proceeding with this development.
