get updated information when issued

I would expect to have some sort of 'push' technology so that anyone who had viewed a PIL automatically (optionally?) received any updated versions.
Why the contribution is important
Patients should get access to current info rather than what was published when the packet of meds was made (some items sit on the pharmacy shelf for up to 5 yrs between dispensings).
